#138 - Rooster and Barnyard
This pressed flower art piece features a rooster which was created with black hollyhock, white pompas grass, gerbera daisy and blanket flower petals. For the background, the sky was made with the undersides of blackberry and poplar leaves. The barn was made with browned daylilly leaves and stray. The trees were made with ornamental kale. The fence was made with straw. The ground features lilly of the valley leaves, butterfly weed, goldenrod, artemesia and leaves. The original which is matted and framed to 16 x 20" is currently available (Oct 22, 2012). It is also available as a 6 x 6" hangable trivet and as a digital print.

Great job! I like your use of the pampas grass!

Loved the finished piece! The rooster was cool enough on its own, but wow!
